Központi, jól megközelithető hely.Az ételek finomak, a somlói különösen zseniális, és nagyon nagy adagot kaptunk mindenből. Üröm az örömben: sajnos nem a személyesen egyeztetett asztalt kaptuk, és a számlához véletlenül hozzákeveredett egy nem fogyasztott tétel is.A 10% szervizdij pedig csak a rendezvény végén derült ki, amikor fizetni akartunk. A pincérrel a kollegái nem egyeztettek, fogalma sem volt, hogy minden előre le lett levelezve.

Havi rendszeresseggel probalunk ettermeket. Az utcan setalva lattuk meg a helyet, az ablakon betekintve valt szimpatikussa, es bejott. Egyszeru, tuszta, tagas.. kicsit muvesz feeling, es jo a kaja.

A környéken sok helyen lehet menüebédet fogyasztani, most az Építész pincébe ültünk be. Már korábban ettem itt a'la cart-ot, ami kiváló volt, de a menü ebéd teljesen átlagos. Nem volt rossz az íze, de különlegesen finom sem. A pincér kedves volt, a pultnál lehetett csak fizetni távozáskor, ott sem volt probléma. A kerthelyiség gyönyörű, a belső termek tágasak, letisztult építészeti design jellemzi.

Gyönyörű udvarból van a pincelejárat. Lent több helyiség van, nagyon érdekes a textildekoráció. Rövid, de sokszínű étlap, gyors és udvarias kiszolgálás, barátságos árak.

We walked past this place near our hotel and were attracted by the courtyard and the reasonably priced menu, so went back the next night. It doesn’t look much from outside but the basement dining room and bar is very tasteful with modern fabric hangings. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed our meal which was robust Hungarian style and the fact that all the other diners seemed to be local and Hungarian. The prices were moderate as well.

A hard to find restaurant off the tourist path, well worth searching for (go into the courtyard and down the stairs). A former gentleman's club it is not your typical restaurant. Food and service was excellent

We arrived at this wonderful restaurant early enough to sit and dine in the beautiful courtyard. By the time we were finished, every seat was taken. The service was casually slow paced. Each dish we saw coming out of the kitchen was well composed. My meal of smoked grilled cheese over grilled vegetables was one of the best meals I had on an eight dinner trip. Prices were so low that we ordered two desserts, with the intention of just sampling. The empty plates proved us wrong.

The restaurant is largely in a semi-basement location, though there is a courtyard outside that would be very pleasant in the summer. As on our previous visit last year, most of our fellow diners were local. The menu is wide and varied and, helpfully, translated into English. The service was swift and pleasant. I enjoyed a delicious pork medallions and noodles dish, other family members had various poultry dishes all of which were good quality and decent portions. The desserts rely heavily on cottage cheese, but I had some nice crepes while another family member enjoyed “chocolate sponge balls”, finding them well flavoured.

The courtyard looks very nice with a mosaic floor, statues and vine branches all over the walls. A very tranquil and romantic place inside the city. The service is friendly, the food is good, nothing too special but very cheap. Definitely recommend this restaurant for its atmosphere and amazing value for money.

This is a lovely quiet restaurant with a slightly modern take on traditional food. The evening we called in, the other diners were all Hungarian. A good sign! If you are wanting tourist trappings and a fancy restaurant - go elsewhere.

My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time. You can either take the lunch menu or eat a la carte. The staff is very friendly and efficient and they have all their items written in English too. The food is very tasty and the price is very reasonable. We had the goose leg with vegetables and onion potato purée and it was delicious. Only 5 minutes away from the metro ( walking). We will definitely go back. Kristine

A friendly lady called Susan recommended this restaurant on our 1st night in Budapest and we were not disappointed. It was huge and divided into several sections. We had goulash soup for starters and it was thick and hot just right for a cold winter's night. After that, my husband had the Venison Stew with Hungarian noodles and it as it was delicious.I had a Roasted Goose leg which was really huge with diced apples and red cabbages which was lovely. We also ordered 2 pints of beer and a lemonade and the whole dinner cost only €27. We enjoyed the food an n the outside garden was also interesting but we could not see it properly as it was dark.If we do go back to Budapest, we will definitely patronize this restaurant again

This restaurant was our the first meal we had upon arrival into Budapest. It was amazing. It had a very comfortable atmosphere inside the staff was great. We had the crepe veal stew for an appetizer, goulash and the catfish all of which were amazing. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone coming through Budapest
