Évzáró utáni jó bizonyítvány ünneplése okán, nagyon kulturált hely, nagyon finom étkek, udvarias kiszolgálás, ajánlom.

We had lunch at the restaurant on a Saturday although most of the tables were booked, we still got a nice spot on the terrace.
Service is extremely professional, kind and fast, with the staff always smiling.
The terrace is well set up with plenty of shade and the whole area is non smoking, which is a great addition, especially if you come with kids.
They have great Hungarian food and portions are very big. Prices are reasonable as well.
After lunch you can stroll on the shore of the Danube to walk down the food 😉
Overall, we had a great time and will surely return if in the area.

Delicious food, quick service, but not for small kids (the food is too fancy for a small kid and they are not very flexible with the composition and the menu is fairly short). On the other hand, it is on the shore so the neighborhood is beautiful and kids can spend hours there.
But I would not travel here just for one lunch.

We met there with friends and had a very good dinner. I had fish (fogásfilet) and cottage cheese balls (túró gomboc) which both was very good. Recommendable!

One of our favourite restaurant in Pest County is in a small village, Dunabogdány, about 37 km from Budapest 17 km from Szentendre 5 km from Visegrád.
They offer traditional Hungarian and Swab cuisine, specialities including dishes of fish and wild meat. Meals aredelicious, fresh BIG in portions and reasonably priced. It is a family founded restaurant and the atmosphere was friendly every time when visited. They also have a grill terrace so we love to enjoy our courses with the sandy Danube beach in the background.
The restaurant is about 30 metres from the main road No 11, near the sandy beach of the Danube. So when you visiting the fabulous Danube Bend, or Szentendre, worth to stop in Dunabogdány for a tasty meal and a refreshing drink.
Please keep in mind that on Mondays this restaurant is closed.

This restaurant has been advised by some friendly during our visit to Szentendre. Although I'm Hungarian had no idea about its existence.
The restaurant has signage on the main road, but the building you see from the main road is not very impressive... but if you turn into the small street you will see an impressive restaurant with a cafeteria and pub.
Wide selection of food, excellent trout of the region, friendly service and reasonable prices.
Worth to plan your lunch here when visiting the Danube Bend. Just one village away from Visegrad!
