Magyaros Vendèglő

Igazi magyar konyha, remek ételek, gyors, udvarias kiszolgálás, hatalmas adagok. Rendezvényeket is nagyon rendben, igény szerint szerveznek. Nyáron terasz a sétálóutcán, kellemes hely.

Hagyományos, valóban "magyaros" étlappal, halászlétől a csülökételekig. Nagyobb társasággal, rendezvényekre is megfelelő. Ebédidőben mérsékelt forgalom, ennek megfelelően gyors kiszolgálás. Semmi extra, árak inkább a középkategória tetején ehhez képest. Viszont a megszokotthoz képest nagyobb adagok, komolyan éhesnek kell lenni, hogy 3 fogás ne legyen sok. Jó szívvel ajánlom, akik kedvelik az ilyet. (Kivéve, hogy nem kellene minden vendéglátóhelyen kötelezően se közepes, se másmilyen hangerővel kereskedelmi rádiónak szólnia, ez teljesen felesleges és zavaró "szolgáltatás".)

Két hónapon belül kétszer ebédeltünk itt, mindkétszer nagyon finom ételeket kaptunk. Csülkös bablevest, tokaji mártásos libamájat, sült csülköt párolt káposztával, pirítot burgonyával, bélszínt libamájjal, és túrógombócot sikerült eddig megkóstolnunk, mind kifogástalan volt. Az étterem külön érdeme, hogy nem merül ki az étlap a szokásos rántott húsos, brassóis, húsleveses verzióban, és divathóbortos, túlkomponált ételcsodákkal (ételborzalmakkal) sem terhelik a vendéget, vannak viszont valóban tradicionális magyaros ételek, mint pl. disznótoros, vadas marhasült, töltött káposzta, stb, amikre az ember oly ritkán lel a honi vendéglátásban. A libamájas ételeken könnyű lemérni a színvonalat, itt első osztályú libamájat kaptunk és megfelelő vastagságban. A bablevesben pedig igazi füstölt csülök van, nem pácolt tarja, és jók a hús-bab-zöldség arányok, pikáns babérleveles, tejfölös. A bélszínérme korrektül raw lett megsütve, ahogy kértük. Bátran merem ajánlani. Ha még a pincérek is kicsit kevésbé lennének búskomorak és modorosak, az jobban illene a valóban ritka jó konyhához. Ja igen, és megérdemelne az étterem egy honlapot.

Tried the classics: gulas and paprikas, both came with dumplings and were very nice. Huge portions and good value for money.

We had the best lunch here with all the amazing local dishes we could think of. Totally recommend the bean’s soup and fried fois gras. Portions very well served and waiter friendly and helpful. Kids really enjoyed their food.

Albeit arriving about 2, the kitchen prepared grilled turkey breast with spiced butter, Greek salad and chips. Three slices of turkey were tasty, particularly with the butter. The chips were shoestring fries and the salad a mix of zucchini cubes, tomato pieces and goat cheese. The cheese deserved a note: it was creamy and most, unlike the Feta I'd usually eaten.

We go to this restaurant with my family once a year when we visit. Its nothing special, but the location is good. The portions are large and actually perfectly tasteful.

The food was ok for the price but nothing extraordinary. I could get the same anywhere else. Also I felt like I was invisible, after I finished with my dinner I was waiting for the waiter 20minutes..

As vegetarians, we struggle to find restaurants in Hungary. This restaurant has a few deep fried options and salads. The Vegetarian Plate (several deep fried veg and cheese) was really good. We were here on a Sunday evening when few places were open.

It's off-season, several eateries were closed, and we didn't speak or understand the local language. Great beers, vegetarian options and plenty more, for very reasonable price. Very happy with the food and service.

We have been here with my wife. As we are hungarians we really enjoy trying up all of the traditional restaurants in the country. The service was good, fast and tasty. Really close to the realy hun flavours. Recommended to everyone!

Had a meal here one evening whilst in town, unfortunately it was very quiet so no atmosphere but the waether was nice so sat outside which is very pleasant. i had the set evening menu of the day that was good value and very pleasant. It was the first time i had experienced fruit salad soup which was to say the least interesting. The main course was local pork and finished of with a nice dessert and coffee. excellent value for money
