Elvitelre kértünk 3 főre ételt és jeleztük hogy rendelni szeretnénk italt fogyasztani de nem akarták hogy le üljünk,utána amikor sikerült leülnünk 5 perc múlva felállitotak 3 főre rendeltünk akkor nem értem mi volt a gond.

Egy igazán kellemes hely, minőségi ételekkel, és kiszolgálással. Bianka nevű pincér szolgált ki, nagyon kedves, és segítőkész volt, meg voltam elégedve a kiszolgálással.

Az árak nyilván a belvárosnak ( és külföldieknek) megfelelően alakulnak, minőséget tekintve semmi extra nem az a hely, ahova hetente vissza fogsz térni annyira jót ettél, de azért egyszer - egyszer be lehet térni.

Wonderful variety of local and international dishes. We have been twice during this trip to Budapest and just wish there was one at home! The wait service is impeccable and the food is delicious and well priced. Make sure you put this one on your list if you are in this district!

We came here on a recommendation from friends and were not disappointed! We got the sampler platter w chicken paprika (there are two) and so much more. It was more than enough for 2 people. We really enjoyed all the dishes and the polinka at the end! Wait staff was very helpful, esp since we only speak English. They were attentive and so nice. Thoroughly enjoyed and so close to the Great Market Hall!

I went with my friends and it was a neat place. Prices were good. We ordered goulash and pizza. Goulash was tasty, but pizza crust was different. Presentation was really good. Recommended for those who want to taste Hungarian dishes.

First njght in Budapest and just had to try some local cuisine. Found Salt and Pepper in a pretty little side street along with a number of other choices. Our Hungarian Goulash was delicious, full of flavour and temder beef. The staff aren't overly welcoming but were friendly enough. Probably more suitable for tbr tourist market rather than for locals.

Visited on our visit to Budapest, a smaller restaurant but just as good as the rest, my wife and myself both had beef goulash soup for starter with bread and not only was it a large bowl but it was amazing, after it we asked if we could wait for half an hour till we had our mains which they were happy to oblige, our mains were Viener schnitzel and chicken in paprika sauce with noodles both of which were excellent, washed down with a bottle of Hungarian wine and a couple of beers, with great polite service, All round a excellent night would definitely go back.

This is one of the nicest restaurants we went to, the service is top notch as is the food, the food was hot and plentiful tasty and was memorable for all the right reasons, not cheap but worth it. Give it a try.

The staff helped us choose foods that were authentically Hungarian and delicious! Fruit soup was a refreshing starter and we enjoyed the gypsy roast especially. Our waiter, Sabi, was friendly and did a great job. We loved Salt & Pepper and will certainly recommend this restaurant to others. We would like to come back too!

Walked past and decided to eat dinner. Lots of choices and responsive and friendly service . Had the salami platter and schnitzels which were cooked to perfection. Large portions ...we couldn’t eat all the steak potatoes piled on our plate. Lovely dinner. Nice outdoor seating too.

Best food we had in Budapest Best tasty food in Budapest, we were are group of twelve and we all agree it was the best we have ever tasted in Budapest. We don't eat beef nor pork so our choices were limited and being a crowd of twelve was not easy to find a restaurant to serve all of us. We had had a few average meals in Budapest but this was by far the best. The staff were also fantastic.

We walked upon this place and decided to give it a try. Glad we did. Ordered 4 different entrees and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Service was also very friendly and prompt. Can't talk about pricing as this was our first meal in Budapest but it was about the same as Prague but less than Vienna. 3 days later, we ate here again. 3 different entrees, all very good. Find the price here is very comparable to the other restaurants in this area. Highly recommend.

The restaurant served good local food. Service and ambience were great as well. Located in lively pedestrian shopping street Vaci Utca, it was hard to miss this place. It would be much better if there's more space in between the tables, as it was too crammed.
