If you want a break from Hungarian food in Budapest, give Madame Pho a try; modern and bright décor with friendly staff. Food is simple and tastes fairly authentic, a rarity in Hungary. While the menu wasn't extensive, it's clear they know what they're doing.

The wait staff — all of them — were friendly and smiled a lot, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. My partner has a severe egg allergy, and when the food she ordered arrived, it looked like there might have been some egg, so we asked to make sure. The waiter (might actually also be the owner) immediately apologized and a fresh from the wok replacement arrived in about six minutes. We are practically in shock - it literally was our mistake for not clarifying, yet he apologized. You just don’t see customer service like that in Budapest. The food was great, too. Highly recommend the spring rolls appetizer!

Very authentic, the place looks cool and chic. The food was super delicious and fresh! I would love to try some more dishes, they could maybe expand their menu from just pho soups and wok dishes... Love it.

Pho is very good, and other dishes are ok too. We got all the appetizers and some fried rice noodles… Venue is cool and Service is super nice, definetely a plus!! Prices on average, we paid 9k HUF for 2 people.

My friends and I have tried pho in quite a few restaurants in Budapest, but we agree that this is one of the bests hands down. I love the spicy Bun Bo Hue the most! We revisit Madame Pho every couple of months not just for the delicious soups but for the hospitality, the great location and the stylish interior.

After my visit to Vietnam a few years ago, I've been actively hunting Vietnamese restaurants wherever I go. My reference dish (tried it in every restaurant I went to) is the Pho Bo. Hands down, Madame Pho has one of the best Phos I've had outside of Vietnam. The rest of their dishes is great as well, though I have a far less extensive list of references for them. The service is great, the restaurant is cozy, comfortable and friendly at a fair price. Oh - and don't forget to try their Vietnamese coffee! If you're looking for a Vietnamese restaurants, visit them. You won't regret it!

Quaint and eclectic but worth it for sure . Menu is full of Pho,Currys and great noodle dishes . We wanted to try everything but opted for the Bahn Mi Pork which was amazing !

I have dinner here at least once or twice a week. Five star duck breast and amazing soups. One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Budapest. Highly recommended!

I went there with my brother, my dad, my Mom, aunt and grandparents. It was really nice. I shared the chicken fried rice and the beef pho with with my mother. The pho was really nice with the spring onions. I would recommend it to anyone.

The duck 🦆 is absolutely delicious. The hot sauce goes sumptuously with it. The price is absolutely for nothing only €8 for crispy duck breast, hot sauce and boiled rice inclusive. I would come back next time I will come
