Mensa Bistro

Mensa bistro can provide both food and drinks but if you ever go there for lunch or dinner, you should definitely have the burger. It's and XXL dish that won't disappoint you.

We were on holiday with friends who were a couple and one night we decided to eat here based on a recommendation by our host and research on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed! I had the pork schnitzel which I thought was great value, particularly when it came and I saw how big it was accompanied by a healthy portion of rosemary potatoes! The others ate well too and said how much they enjoyed their food. The portions were substantial enough that no one could manage dessert so instead we decided to try Palinka, fruit flavoured Hungarian brandy when we had finished our wine (which was also Hungarian, recommended to us by the waiter and very nice!). The Palinka choices are extensive and we all ordered different ones so were able to taste each others. When the bill came, it came to about £20 each. Win!

becaus there are separate breakdast, luncs and dinner offer. The meals are delicius and plentiful. The service is first class and the waiters are pros and immediate. Price are adjusted for. students. I like this place and hope I can go this perfect restaurant on dormitory.

I like the daily menu here, portions are just right with soup, main dish, dessert and drink/coffee. It is usually busy especially during the school year thanks to the university. Ideal lunch, dinner option if you are in the vicinity of Saint István Campus.

Deliciouis foods... prices are poor, because of students... bistro is in dormitory area... But it is the best choises for Godollo...

Very good price for relativley good food. They serve mostly traditional Hungarian dishes that are tasty and there is an enough wide selection. But be aware: during the peak time (12:00-13:00) it might be really REALLY CROWDED!

A very nice and neat place at Gödöllő's university campus. The service was very good, kind and attentive. The season soup was perfect. Main course was good too, but four points only because the side-dish was only bearable. But the dessert was terrific again so after all the place deserve's 4 points and I strongly recommend to take a try and have a meal at this place.
