Szerelem Gyros

There are a lot of fancy places and not soo fancy places in Budapest this one is one of the latter, BUT it sells one of the best if not the best gyros in town it easily beats the popular and fancy sit inn places. The meat is tasty and there is no other places which uses this type of pita which is very good.

Gyros is good. Tasty, big and delicious spices. But the price I think is too high... Average Gyros in city center is around 700-800 forint, but there for 990 forint.

I work near to this place so I eat there regularly. Their gyros is always fresh and tasty. From the outside this little restaurant doesn't seem to be very inviting but there is a queue all the time for a reason. Their top quality is constant and the staff is very friendly - which can't be told about most gyros / kebab places in Budapest. The prices are fair, you can get a gyros plate with fries and fresh salad for 1200 HUF, this portion is more than enough for most people.

I ate so many different Gyros and all it's variations. Nothing compares to the genuine taste of this Gem:) fresh meat with home sauces and let's not forget the unique Greek Pitas. If you like gyros, go now! The funniest part is - the redicoulos low prices.

Being a kebab lover I just couldn't resist calling into Gyros to sample what is similar to a kebab wrap with finely chopped meat , mixed salad and sauces folded into a cone shaped package on the way back to the hotel one night. Perfect for eating whilst strolling along . The small takeaway looks decidedly uninviting from outside but when you see a queue of people leading onto the street you know it's going to be good and it didn't disappoint. On a couple of nights we walked past they had closed early due to selling out .The couple we were with don't even like kebabs but tried the gyros here and couldn't stop singing the praises of the food. Loads of meat and a bargain at 800 huf . Staff spoke English so ordering was easy . Don't let the outside put you off , it's also right next to the metro station so easy to get there even if you are not staying locally.

Best gyros in Budapest. Very tasty! And also cheap. The place is very small so you should take it to go.

its always fresh and its very tasty .you can take it in a small pita or a large one .you can take it with salads and fries or just meat . it is very cheep and very tasty

This restaurant is run by a Greek family for more than 20 years now. It's a small place, with only 4-5 chairs, but the Gyros you get here is the best in town. I used to eat here daily when I attended the uni, and the food was always good. I highly recommend this place to have cheap and delicious food.
