Tandoori Indian Restaurant

Delicious food, fast serving, good conversation! I ate Chicken Tikka and Garlic Naan. I will definitely return to that place the next time I am in Budapest! If you read some negative reviews from the Covid restrictions times, you should know that the business has now different owners.

The most authentic Indian food I have eaten in Budapest. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Vindaloo chicken and was spicy and tasty. Nan is fresh. We loved the mint dipping sauce for the pappadam.

Visited with family as we had a voucher for two. The place looks quite basic but the staff are very friendly and helpful. I ordered the chicken vindaloo and it was sweet but just spicy enough. Everyone enjoyed their food. Best Indian food in Budapest so far.

I was there with my family for dinner - 6 people.The waitress was fast, polite and remember for everything - We have ordered 6 different drinks and meals. She has not asked who ordered what, served a good sequence and perfectly. Foods was good, authentic and enough, not necessary to eat more than enough. This was the clearest restaurant on its cathegory and most nicely furnished - well combined Indian and Hungarian styles. I honestly recommend to everyone.

No wifi. Payments with cash only. I ordered in English but it was not handy. Delicious food. A little bit expensive. Large selection of foods and drinks. Close to the city centre. Not the friendliest of staff due to the language barrier.

Tonight we enjoyed several meals that we full of flavor and well presented. The ambiance of the restaurant is quite nice and the meals were prepared quickly. The service was fine but the waitress lacked personality. This seems the norm in many establishments here. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a change and food with a nice rich flavor.

we've been here a few times. the food is good. some dishes are better than others, but we haven't had a bad meal here. there's no draft beer, despite being listed on the menu, and the bottled one is a bit too pricey, though maybe not so for an indian restaurant. the issue comes with the bill. their system is always "down today". we have to pay cash, and they can't give us a detailed bill. having had enough, last time we sat down with the menu and calculated it ourselves, and worked out that they had added a clear 10% to it. a real shame, as we really enjoyed eating here, but we obviously won't be coming back.

No Wi-Fi when I was there. Although there is a terminal available when working. I had to pay cash as the system was down. Usually you can pay with bank cards. I am accustomed to spicy food and the mild taste of my dinner let me now. Located near the hostel goodmo, just 4 minutes away. Clean environment. Friendly staff. Use of English here is feasible and the menu is in Hungarian and English.

This is a decent place, with good Indian options. Run by a person of Afghani origin, the tastes are quite close. The staff is helpful and gave me directions to reach the place when I called. Good to speak some Hindi in Budapest :-). I found the prices to be reasonable.

My Hotel was in Corvin, I was looking around an Indian restaurant, I found on web this restaurant, I walked to the place, The restaurant is Authentic Indian Style, Welcome by an Local Lady, she know good hindi, My family like the environment, food was great, tasty and the price also very cheap compare to other Indian restaurant in Budapest. I had there 3 Dinners and 1 Lunch. really it was great deal to visit..

We were searching for Indian restaurant for some time past when we have found Tandoori on web. The location is quite outlying and people easily walk through the entrance without realizing, but if you go there on purpose, it could be well approached. Food was super spicy for me, but very tasty as well. Prices are bit higher then average, but for us - worth it. We will surely go back for another dinner :-)

Was our first stoppage in Budapest for a meal. We had taken overnight flights and landed in budapest and headed straight here. The portions were large, tastes about as good as back in india. Yes, service was a bit on the slower side. Though it didnt matter as we were quite hungry. Overall, a great place to go
