Great service, great food, great prices. I have been here dozens of times and it was always great. I take my family here and we all love it. Having tried lots of different things on the menu, I can honestly say that this is probably the best fish and seafood to be found in Budapest. It's always fresh and always tastes great. I cannot understand when anyone makes compliants about the manager, because he is always helpful and polite. Also, I cannot understand when people from the west complain about the prices: it would cost more in your own country, and Hungary doesn't even have an ocean! Be realistic. I've been in Budapest for years, and I come from a country with good seafood. Good seafood is hard to find in Hungary unless you go to a fancy and expensive hotel or restaurant, and even then it's not guaranteed. COme here if you want really good. But I have two complaints - opening hours (it's in a market so it shuts early) and write 'KG' next to the price of seafood - I reckon people think the prices written down are the prices for what they see.

We ate branzino fillet and tuna steak. They were excellent, well cooked, tasty and with fine contour. Portions are ok and presented in fancy plating. The location within Hold utca market is also very enjoyable.

Really fresh daily fish offerings. The spaghetti vongole is my favorite dish here and the kids love the fish and chips:) You can also get wine or beer at this casual informal place.

located inside the Hold Utca market hall they serve fresh fish for lunch which comes from their own retail/wholesale fish market....fish and chips are quite good as are any of the fresh fish they have simply grilled.....definitely recommend.
