The light theme of the restaurant is executed with good taste. Some kind of plumbing-related smell problem in the toilets drops the score. Still, I could give this one a chance at dinner, this time I only had a pint.

i have visited the restaurant today , the food was really delicious , hosts have amazing smile and welcoming , was always close to our table in case we asked for something was very fast , the restaurant design is so modern ,you will feel relax after long tour on the city .seriously if you planning to visit Budapest ,just go for it try it have one lunch with them unforgettable experience

Our waiter at Aviator, David, made our visit to Budapest fantastic. In addition to his friendly service and willingness to explain everything to Americans very unfamiliar with Hungarian (in our defense--most of the world is unfamiliar with Hungarian, since it's not related to most of the world languages), he also gave us tips about Hungarian money, phoned for a taxi, and gave one of our group a free Aviator lemonade (she is an effusive fan of the drink--lemonade with lots of different fruits and ice in it). The first visit, I had roasted duck on a golden beet risotto. It was absolutely divine. The others in our party had salmon and also loved their food. On another occasion, we went to Aviator for breakfast. I had the muesli with fruit and yogurt--very tasty, and the others in my group had omelets with vegetables and were also very happy. We also stopped by frequently for more lemonades, as the weather in Budapest during our visit was very hot and humid. Aviator is a great place to get a drink (I didn't mention they have some nice Hungarian wines here!), have a meal, and get some travel advice. They're close to Freedom Square and the Chain Bridge, as well as Parliament.

After a long day exploring Budapest we were tired and hungry but the area we found ourselves in was busy with all tables booked. We took a chance and walked the nearby quieter streets and came upon this wonderful place. At first sight it seemed small and we nearly walked by, but luckily for us the maitre de came out and showed us the menu which looked quite different from anything we'd seen so far. He was friendly and welcoming and quickly rearranged tables so that we could sit outside in the cool night air....it was a hot night. What followed was a meal that the four of us agreed was superb and very good value for money. The Corn Prawns were light and beautifully prepared, and my friend is still talking about her strawberry soup. If you are in Budapest and want good food, friendly service and food prepared with imagination take a little walk beyond the crowds and try this place out. We loved it.
