Quaint & simple is the theme here: you'll find a few sandwiches, a soup of the day + salad, quiche, cake. The focus is on quality over quantity and it's all very tasty and affordable. Good lunch spot.

Ezt választottuk: BLT szendvics, bableves, rizses tál, tabbouleh salát csirkehús feltéttel, 2 ásványvíz, 1 tea: 7400 Ft Ez nem sok pénz, de mégsem éri meg. A szendvics átlagosan finom volt, a leves, a tál és a saláta annyira hideg, hogy nem élvezhetőek az ízek. A rizses tálon nyers alkotóelemek egymás mellett, nem volt harmónia.

Needing an early breakfast, we were pleased to run across this little place that opened at 8 am. We had yogurt with homemade granola and vegetable quiche - both were delicious. Although we didn't try them, the menu contained a lot of interesting international items.

Sat outside and had 2 lovely sandwiches. Not only was the food great, the staff were also really friendly and made you feel well look after. Quite a large menu for a small place and offered a cheaper and very tasty alternative to some of the other places in the area.

We ate here twice whilst in Budapest having stumbled across it by accident one day. This is a small place with a limited snack menu but is great for anyone wanting to eat healthy or looking for a vegan or vegetarian option. On our first visit we opted for a pulled port sandwich and a Mexican bean bowl dish with hibiscus tea and iced apple tea. Both meals were extremely tasty and fresh and enjoyed by both of us so much we decided to visit here for breakfast the following day as it was close to our hotel. On this occasion I had Ham & Eggs whilst my wife opted for the Granola, yoghurt, fruit & Honey combination. These were both decent sized meals and ideal to start the day on. When on holiday I usually like to eat at different places every day to sample as much local cuisine as possible but we did try and eat here again for a third time on our final morning but we were unlucky owing to it being closed due to a national holiday.

The food was good only I think a bit pricey for what you get. The people are friendly and the variety is great. They have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options

Stopped here with my husband and son for a late lunch. We were warmly greeted. The Thai bowl was tasty as were the chicken paprika and goat cheese sandwiches. The fruity cake was a nice finish to our stop along with some cold drinks. There are tables outside on the pavement and inside on both levels with the overall feeling being homely and down to earth. Recommended!

Wanted a break from sight seeing and something to eat. Delibaba interesting from the outside - once inside, it appeared that all the seats were taken, but there is seating for ten upstairs. I had vegan sandwich and a craft beer - both very good. My wife had cabbage soup, sandwich, and hot mint lemonade. Lemonade was excellent !! Sandwich as expected, soup was very salty. Mentioned to lady at the counter that it was too salty "for our taste". She mentioned that she adds considerable less than usual to cater to tourists. Friendly, helpful lady at front counter. Very good English which helps tourists, as ourselves, immensely.

Stopped for a quick lunch and had a lovely bowl of the daily soup and an Indonesian satay chicken sandwich. Loads of filling and good value for money! The staff were very friendly, smiley and gave us a warm welcome. Would recommend for a cheap and easy lunch stop :)

A lovely place to start the day! I tried the vegan sandwich...it´s delicious. Never had something similar. Another vegan option is a chia pudding. I also tried the homemade limonade, a red one..yammy! For my way I took a chocolate cookie...the best I ever had!! Also the lady behind the counter was really nice.

Whenever I am at CEU I generally make this my go-to lunch place. Great daily soups, fantastic sandwiches (the chicken paprikás is my favorite), friendly atmosphere -- and very good prices!

The cute little sandwich shop is located just outside the busy touristy area. The owner is one of the friendliest Hungarians I've met, the sandwiches are delicious (try the vegan slow-cooked aubergine sandwich and the cucumber soup), and the atmosphere is really easy going. They also have good coffee and homemade pie. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from all the tourists and recharge a little.
