Gurító Csárda

Strandolás után tértünk be az étterembe, egy 4 éves kisgyerekkel. Barátságos felszolgálók, finom étel. A kisgyerek külön gyerek étlapot kapot, amiről nagyon büszkén maga választott. Roston sült pisztrángot fogyasztottunk a fiammal, nagyon finom volt. Párom is elégedett volt a rántott bordával, unokám pedig a rántott sajttal. Biztosan visszatérünk még ide!

Hosszú séta után tértünk be ebbe az étterembe. A helyiek ajánlották. Meglelődtünk. Én Drávai halászlét ettem, a feleségem Cézár salátát. Gondolkodtunk ebben a nagy melegben a étlapon levő vargányás étel vajon tényleg vargányás? Meglepetésünkre igen. Csodálatos finom volt minden. A vargánya bizony vargánya volt. Nem véletlen a Tripadvisor ajánlat sem Minden klappolt, minden nagyszerű volt.

Egy késői könnyű ebéd volt. Barátságos személyzet, ízletes étel. Fokhagymakrémleves és cézár saláta és üdítő. Olcsó szép hely. Ajánlom!

I went there few times for lunch for the daily offer. Once it was a holiday so i took pasta.The taste was excellent,but the portion was way to small .So next time I would order a big portion.I will come again.Perfect service .Nice to eat outside as well

The restaurant Gurító Csárda lies in a quiet street, what is really of the essence for enjoying there in a quiet atmosphere. Inside it’s decorated with taste, particularly as far as lamps and other illuminating elements are concerned, which have a peculiar design and besides cast a light which, due to the fact that it’s not too bright, contributes to make the premises be adorned with the necessary conditions for them to assure a pleasant moment in that place. The restaurant comprises a nice terrace which finds itself at the back of the premises, on which one can also have a meal. It’s very agreeable to sit there on warm days in summer while having something to eat or drink and it’s in fact there where we sat to have dinner on September 5th 2019. It was a fabulous moment. It could have been better if there had been no music. That which we had to bear was really awful. At our request its volume was a bit reduced but still it didn’t stop being disturbing. The staff members are kind and helpful. Albeit none of them speaks any English we managed to communicate quite well in German. The food there is very good. In general it’s of a high quality and very well prepared. I had a mixed fish dish and it was delicious. My friend had a Hungarian beef steak and she also enjoyed her meal. As she said, the meat was tender and fresh as well as cooked with much skill and professionalism. It’s therefore a restaurant to be recommended for having a meal while in Barcs, the only negative point being the nasty music which one has to stomach while sitting there albeit he or she would rather prefer to be in the quietness.

On our way back to Budapest from Croatia we stopped for a lunch. It was a big surprise, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the restroom was clean and the meals we got where delicious, I had a soup recommended by the waiter and also the pizza was recommended by him, it was a good choice to stick with the recommended meals, they were very tasty. Warmly recommended if you are nearby.

It was absolutly great restoran. Tasty food big portions, great service, lovely garden to sit outside on fresh air and it was cheap. We will come back again for sure.

Of the 3 restaurants in Barcs this was number 1 so I headed here. I wasn't disappointed. English speaker waiter served me and helped me with the menu. I opted for a large Hungarian beer, bean soup (which had meat in it for information) and pork cooked in garlic, fried onions and a little spice. It came with what I think was cabbage and wedges. The soup came with bread. Both meals were lovely. Very good portions! The beer was also nice! The cost £9. £9! Staff were pleasant, attentive and polite. I'd certainly recommend eating here.

It is a nice cozy place , waiteres are helpfull and plesent to talk with but most importantly the food is great and there is always someone in the restaurant so you don’t have to worry about rotten food. Very nice place to eat.

Spacious, clean and nice restaurant. The menu has good assortment. The service is good. The staff is attentive. We came a bit after lunch time, on a Saturday. We ordered few dishes and drinks. Each one came quickly and well presented. The food was really tasty. The portions are good. We enjoyed everything. Worth a visit. Recommended.
